ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
For those who don't understand what this means... we don't refund money. All orders are custom made and could not be sold again.
DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it thoroughly and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem.
REPLACEMENT
We do not offer exchanges as all goods sold are made to order. We also do not offer size exchanges. Choose your size correctly.
We only provide exchanges for damaged "ropes, cords, shoelaces". If your purchase is more than 7 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange for damaged items. It must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or factory issues on Nike's part.
RETURNS
Our return policy is 7 days. If your purchase is older than 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The goods must also be in their original packaging.
